Important Notes
- We kindly ask that patients not be scheduled on the same day as case delivery to allow time for quality checks and any necessary adjustments.
- Same-day service only applies to offices in the Vacaville and Fairfield area.
- Same-day calls scheduled by 10 am are delivered on the same day. Any calls after 10 am will be delivered by 4 pm the next business day.
- All cases are scheduled by business days. Saturday, Sunday, and Calendar Holidays are not included.
- Please note that all turnaround times are approximate. We strive to meet or exceed our delivery commitments. Times may vary due to case complexity or unexpected factors.
